This house is located at the center of Pleiku city,where the rainy season lasts for months, most of the buildings are covered with a layer of tole around the house to prevent water penetration, except the front elevation. That makes the city become quite messy and loss of urban aesthetic.
 When approaching this project, after solving all the requirement for functional area and building aesthetic, the real challenge is waterproofing for the house in rainy season. Our solution is using double-layer wall with a thin air space in between, the top of the wall is covered with tole to prevent raindrops and flee the moisture inside the wall. This solution helps building still comfortable through many rainy season.
