This is a urban design project with simple row houses as most of other urban design project in Viet Nam recent decades.
The task is the housing design must ensure the living space with modern aesthetic, separated structure for each house meanwhile the building cost must be reasonable. This is a quite difficult challenge.
So, we study and apply the structure frame with 120×300 bearing column to obtain 100mm-thick and flat adjacent wall.
The three diffent modules of the roof design with different shape , create an interesting silhouette and rhythm when going together. Therefore bringing the fresh and dynamic atsmostphere for the town.
